What We Do
Five services, one local crew, all of it handled with our own trucks, trailers and equipment.

18 yard dumpster for $350 or 20 yard dumpster for $375, dropped where you need it for cleanouts, remodels and contractor work.

We load and haul the material away, including curbside pickup when that is easier for you.

New gravel driveways, repairs and fresh stone with the grading that keeps them holding up.

Excavator and skid steer work to move dirt, cut trenches and get water going the right direction.

Sheds, decks, concrete and other smaller structures taken down and hauled off.
Giving Back
Not everything we haul is junk. When furniture, household goods and other items are still usable, we drop them off at a local donation center instead of sending them to the landfill.
Your cleanout helps a neighbor, and less ends up in the dump.
About Phelps
Phelps Dumpster Rental and Hauling has served the greater Cincinnati area since 2003. What started small is now a full property services company: dumpster rentals, junk removal, curbside pickup, bulk material delivery, gravel driveway installation and repair, skid steer work, excavation and demolition.
We are based in Goshen, Ohio, and most of our work comes from neighbors, repeat customers and local contractors.

Questions
We rent an 18 yard dumpster for $350 and a 20 yard dumpster for $375. Both handle most home cleanouts, remodels and contractor jobs. Call us with your project and we will help you pick the right size.

Yes. We handle junk removal, hauling and curbside pickup. If you would rather not load a dumpster yourself, we can haul the material away for you.
Yes. We install new gravel driveways and repair existing ones, including regrading, fresh gravel, leveling ruts and improving how water leaves the drive.
Yes. We do excavation, grading, trenching and drainage corrections with our excavator and skid steer to move water away from where it is causing trouble.
Smaller structures such as sheds and decks, concrete removal and general property teardowns, with the debris hauled away in the same visit when possible.
We work out of Goshen, Ohio and serve Cincinnati along with Goshen, Batavia, Milford, Loveland, Amelia and other nearby communities.
